Once Laughter & Living ships out your package through USPS and UPS your package is now in the property of the shipping carrier. Laughter & Living is not responsible for any lost or stolen product. Lost packages must be filed with USPS or UPS. Laughter & Living will not replace lost or stolen items. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
